Objective Campaign

UZ Leuven is constantly seeking new talent to strengthen its teams
across a wide range of diverse and essential roles. In collaboration
with Lijncom and RCA, the goal of this campaign was to raise awareness
of this ongoing recruitment challenge through a visually engaging
Out-Of-Home campaign.
The campaign took to the streets of Leuven to ensure maximum visibility
among local residents and potential job seekers.
Three full-wrap buses, each with a distinct yet complementary design,
were deployed to tell one cohesive story: every role at UZ Leuven
matters. The creative execution showcased the hospital’s own
employees, adding a strong sense of authenticity and credibility to the
message.
